Permanent Position to fill
Full Time 35 hours per week plus - includes mostly evening shifts to include weekends and Bank Holidays.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and compliance. You will lead and motivate the bar team, manage stock, lead in giving customers an enjoyable experience whilst visiting.
Key responsibilities;
· Oversee all bar operations including service, opening and closing procedures and cash handling.
· Recruit, train and supervise bar staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance.
· Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers and control costs.
· Ensure full compliance with UK licensing laws, health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
· Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally maintaining excellent customer relations.
· Develop and promote the bar’s offerings including offers, entertainment and live sporting events.
· Cover of General Manager’s duties when needed including staff rotas.
To fill the role we are looking for the following essential skills;
· Previous experience in bar management or senior supervisory role with in the hospitality industry.
· In-depth knowledge of licensing laws, health and safety and food and hygiene regulations.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
· Good numeracy with experience in stock control and till systems.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Holey Molies is a unique place to work, home to an indoor 18-hole mini golf course, a busy bar and restaurant and a function venue.
We are looking for an experienced cook or chef to join our team in our kitchen, cooking fresh home-style pub food and catering for private events.
Role involves all aspects of food preparation, stock checks, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Experience of working in a busy commercial kitchen is ideal, and baking experience is also desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and work alone, manage busy periods, and be dedicated to producing good food and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Freshly prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes to a consistent standard.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times
Assist in menu planning and development.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to coordinate meal service and address customer preferences or dietary requirements
Uphold food safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
Help prepare and serve the Sunday Carvery.
Requirements
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Excellent skills in meal preparation, plating, and presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience working in a restaurant environment is highly desirable
Experience working with a carvery is desirable.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
Exact pay will depend on experience.
